Not sure if any...: Not sure if any of the common multivitamins don't have Niacin (vitamin b3). That is a typical ingredient in multivitamins. So, to avoid niacin, one would have to buy vitamins separately, not as a typical multivitamin.

None: You can avoid taking niacin and niacinimide by not taking any multivitamins. None. They are worthless anyway and have no medical benefit. But they can rarely hurt you. Save all that wasted money and get a gym membership. Exercise has proven benefits, while multivitamins do not.
