Possibly: Pot has many potential carcinogens and pesticides along with other chemicals which can be dangerous to you or the baby. Doctors do not routinely test babies for thc (active ingredient of marijuana), but they may be concerned if the baby's development is delayed. Just give up for the time you are breast feeding.

Yes: Because of her small body surface area, she'll absorb more thc than an adult, especially since she's both passively smoking it & getting it through breast milk. Her development & her safety are both harmfully impacted when you & she are stoned; legally, it's considered child endangerment. If she suffers accidental injury or death, drug screening will be done in an er.
