Yes: Please speak with your doctor and get clearance to donate from your gyn. Most people with mild abnormalities will just need to be followed by their gyn - only a few will progress to severe abnormalities or cancer.

Probably: The cervical cells have nothing to do with the ovaries or eggs. However, the collection of eggs is usually performed through the vagina and past the cervix. Collection may be deferred when there is a problem with the cervix. Ask your infertility doctor.
