How does chronic sinusitis affect the brain? i m feeling continuous pain in my lower left part of back brain. suffering from sinusitis for 5 years.

Sinusitis: Usually chronic sinusitis does not affect the brain. I would assume the chronic sinusitis appears 'typical'...Obviously very rarely (one in million) sinusitis could be fungal and invade brain but would be evident on scan showing sinusitis. Usually no worries. Also unlikely related to back pain.

Sinusitis: Greetings. Sinus disease rarely has any brain or intracranial affects. It may be a referred pain you are sensing or a different reason for pain this this area. See your ENT doctor to review these concerns.
