Less activity: Can result in weight gain and getting out of shape. Make time for regular exercise.

Not so good: Taking an hour break and going for a 10-15min walk after lunch would be great. Also try to exercise on weekends. Work performance improves in companies that encourage midday breaks/gym reimbursements , etc..
