Need confirmation : You need to be seen by your doctor. A blood pregnancy test may be needed to confirm. Pregnancies with Mirena (levonorgestrel) are not common but possible. In the rare cases where the iud fails there is a 25% chance of tubal pregnancy. Schedule a visit to make sure all is ok.
