See a doctor: Generally, if enlarged lymph nodes (if that is what they are), which have been present and unchanged for some time, are harmless. On the other hand it would be very comforting to be seen by a doctor who can examine these and tell you whether they need to be biopsied. Suspect all will come out fine.
