Good question: Ms is a diagnosis made from brain shadows. I cannot advise doses but would suggest 1.Alinamin f, obtained on line from victoria pharmacy in europe, 2. Large doses of magnesium + multivitamin. See a doctor registered with the american college for advancement in medicine (acam) who uses nutritional treatment.

Vitamin D: Recent research has confirmed the rather significant value of vitamin d in ms. Would suggest supplementing vit d-3, at 5000-10000 units daily. This does not replace your basic disease modifying therapy, but adds to better control.
