Let's get clearcut: Vitamin D has a role and you need to supplement to achieve a level of 50-70 ng/ml. Dietary measures could include a low fat, low salt regimen. Aerobic exercise is key. I love Indian food, but turmeric does NOT help MS! Fish oil has NO role. Do what works, not what is blogged on Dr Google. N.B., hope you are using high efficacy disease modifying agent.
