How to reduce the fat in hands.?

Can't be selective: One can't be selectively losing fat in her hands. Nature doesn't work that way. Fat will be lost from all the different parts of the body, as a person loses weight.

Not recommended: More commonly patients request hand rejuvenation because they have lost subcutaneous tissue in the dorsal (back) side of the hand. I am sure you can find a cosmetic surgeon to reduce the amount of fat on the back of the hand with one of the many traditional techniques, but be aware the hand is comprised of key structures such as tendons, nerves, arteries, veins all in a very tight space.
