Depends on the cause: Unwanted facial hair can have many causes. Birth control pills can do it, as can medical conditions that alter hormone levels, such as polycystic ovaries. Other times the cause is unknown. If you are taking bcps ask your doctor about changing to another brand; if not, ask about testing to rule out internal medical conditions.
