See your doctor ASAP: What kind of accident? What injuries did you sustain? Immediately after blood loss dizziness is common. Later, if there is severe anemia, dizziness may occur. If neither is the case, the injury must be investigated. Was there a brain injury? Internal organ damage? Chest trauma causing fluid around the heart? A good medical examination is urgently needed.
