Lump: I would advise you see your doctor and consider and ENT specialty evaluation. None of your symptoms point to a specific cause, but best to be safe than sorry. Most causes of neck lumps are due to infection/inflammation, but benign and malignant growths are possible too. Without knowing your smoking history or other risk factors, it is difficult to reassure you any other way.
