Panic attack help: Check with your pcp to be sure medical causes for panic are ruled out including any meds you take. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking, recreational drugs. Practice stress management/relaxation techniques, eg, yoga, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, Get sufficient sleep, exercise, join a support group.
