Too young for stroke: Unclear what is the kind of stroke you had.But it should not be affecting your reproduction capabilities , as it appears that you didn't have any major residual neurological deficits from the stroke. Hopefully you get your heart checked to r/o any valvular diseases/septal defects between the chambers of the heart , to reduce the risk of any strokes happening in the future with pregnancies/deliveries.

Seek expert advice: A stroke is a potentially deadly but unusual complication of pregnancy. I would strongly recommend that you not conceive again until you have had a consult and evaluation with a reputable board certified maternal fetal medicine specialist. Most good hospitals will have one on staff or you can ask your gyn for a referral. This is important - see an expert! best of luck.
