Maybe 30-40%: Overall, I give over 30 year old pts about a 30% chance of miscarriage( as a round number, AND better to overestimate). Remember, miscarriage is natures own process of clearing not nl pregnancies... so it is a natural thing. Not fun, I grant you. But, although your previous miscarriage ups the chances a little, you still have a majority chance of a successful pregnancy.. Good luck!
