No: There is no reason to think that a properly done termination of pregnancy by a reputable physician would interfere with future fertility. :)

Depends.: There are many causes for inability to have babies. If the Abortion was spontaneous, one may have to look into medical causes. If it was a medically performed termination, the risks for the future are low. You should do well in that case.
