Yes - never healthy: Purging is a superficial response to your unhappiness with your behavior and possibly to an unhealthy body image. It is not helping; it just temporarily relieves your anxiety without helping your weight. Worse, it can become habitual and create life-threatening illness. Learn to manage stress & use imagery to balance eating (see drmiller.Com). Dont fool around with purging. And it's disgusting!
