Are kali phos and anacardiam best for depression , memory?

I don't think so: They aren't best. In fact, there is no evidence that neither is safe or effective. They're homeopathic remedies. They're not approved by the food & drug administration to be safe or effective. There's excellent fda approved treatments for both depression & memory. A doctor needs to perform an evaluation to first find out what the problem is. Tests may be ordered and finally treatment prescribed.

Not necessarily: As dr. Passer said, these are homeopathic remedies. Classical homeopathy has helped many with depression, but one has to be very detailed in taking the case & well-trained in order to do so. There are at least 4000 homeopathic remedies which could be the one called for -- not just these 2. Memory issues need a solid diagnostic neuropsychiatric evaluation and treatment. Collaboration best here.
