Question about my 10 week old son's eyes. how do i know he had drops at birth?

Hospital records: Many states require the placement of antibacterial drops or salve into a newborns eyes to prevent infection. This is recorded in the newborn record & often in other locations in the hospital chart. If you are interested in confirming that it was done, obtain the birth record & look for the notation.
