Why do you want to?: We should all take naps in the afternoon. Kindergartners do it. In many spanish countries they have a siesta after lunch!. They understand the value of recharging! if your naps are because you cannot function then see your doctor. Maybe you are too stressed or have a nutrient deficiency that causes you to be so tired..
