See below: Normal values vary by age, sex and testing lab. Having said that Sed rate should be less than 30 and high sensitivity CRP should be less than 1.0 mg/L. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, if you do, and get HPV vaccine, Wish you good health!
