Whoa: Elevations in the ESR and CRP are famously nonspecific and are helpful only in zeroing in on already-identified health problems. However, i'm concerned about your enlarged liver and spleen. This will require a proper workup -- it'd be a great shame to miss smoldering hepatitis, wilson's, hemochromatosis, or medication / alcohol effects.
