Glad you are better: At this point, unlikely that your foot will get back to normal. Your bladder dysfunction might respond to a variety of medications, like detrol, (tolterodine) or probanthine, and a urologist can be very helpful. Also, make certain that you do not possess a chronic urinary tract infection. Good luck.

Need reevaluation: You need a repeat urodynamic evaluation to show the exact cause it could be stress incontinence but also could be neurogenic bladder dysfunction very important to follow up as long term issues untreated may lead to permanent kidney damage.
