Unlikely: That is not a good solution. Underlying anxiety needs to be treated with antianxiety medication or antidepression medication. Coping with problems is an important skill as well as dealing with drug addiction. Make an appointment with your doctor to figure out how you can cope with your underlying problems.

You won't: Tolerance to clinics that use it varies by state & yours may or may not. The best approach is to work with your doc and or gastroenterologist to find/reduce triggering factors. Gluten sensitivity,lactose intolerance, intolerance to #40 red food dye,etc are all triggers that bother some people and proper analysis/avoidance can reduce your symptoms.
