Small amount of alco: Small? How small? One (or two beer a day for tal and heavy not obese) is normal and healthy, as reducing cholesterol) but more than 2/d is alcoholism and will bring long term consequences if cannot resist the attempt to drink, it is alcoholism with its mental and medical penalties. The mental reults are immediate while long term medical results will come later.
