Blood in urine: Yes, call your rheumatologist if it continues. If no hx of renal disease, this needs to be looked into. If there is a hx, the Methotrexate may need to be adjusted.

Not an emergency!: Call your rheumatology specialist in the morning. You can get urine tests strips at the drug store if you are concerned. I would not be!
