Any chance you : Swallowed a cellphone? Ok, bad joke. It sounds like a nerve problem. Knowing the point of vibration would be helpful to determine if it is a localized foot problem or possibly a more proximal condtion stemming from your back. For example, in the foot there is a condition known as tarsal tunnel syndrome which could possibly cause your symptoms.
