Possible TIA's: Although skipping your warfarin every once in a while will probably not affect your INR dramatically, you haven't mentioned why you take warfarin - is it atrial fibrillation? This may be a sign of small emboli being thrown to your vision centers and certainly warrants both an ophthalmological evaluation and a cardiology visit.
