Time to see MD: You don't mention whether you have fever or other symptoms. Assuming your throat does not show any pus on your tonsils, you may just have a dry throat because of nasal congestion or breathing through mouth at night. Red eyes can be anything from insufficient sleep, spending too much time on computers through allergy to more serious things. After several months, go see a physician!

Exam time : See an ophthalmologist for an exam. Your symptoms sound chronic and could be related to an eye infection that needs treatment. Sometimes chlamydial diseases can affect eyes, and antibiotics are necessary for both you and partner. Other causes, such as viral infections, chronic allergic conjunctivitis with sinus disease are other considerations.
