More details needed.: Whetherthese started spontaneously or after itchy and dry skin, how old are you, single or multiple ulcers , is there any discharge from nipple in addn. To ulcers, size of ulcers, is after hypersensitivity to clothing/cosmetic/deterrgent changes, bleed easily?, superficial/ deep ulcers, close to nipple, pregnancy?, fungal rash like appear. ?, lymphnodes + in underarms, one/both side, fever, wtloss?

Depends on the cause: Most of the items in the large differential already posted are possibilities; but the point is that we need more information. What sort of ulcers? How long have they been present? What part of the breast are they on? Are they painful, itchy, both, neither? Your best option is to see a dermatologist for culture, biopsy, or other testing that the doctor will determine is necessary after examination.
