Anovulatory cycle.: If you are over a week late and the urine pregnancy test is negative, you must have had an anovulatory cycle that deregulated your menstrual cycle. Do not fret - see your gynecologist to make sure. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily if you are sexually active.
