Pregnancy Test: A home urine pregnancy test should be accurate any time after you miss your period. If its negative after your missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. The exception would be an abnormal pregnancy such as an ectopic pregnancy. These can sometimes produce a hormone level below the threshold that turns a urine pregnancy test positive. This is not common. Best wishes!
