? Hemorrhoids: Your description sounds like a lower gastrointestinal bleed, most likely hemorrhoids. You should go see a GI doctor.

Chronic and severe: Constipation is the cause of blood in your stools. You need to be very aggressive with cleansing your bowels and going at least three times a day. Drink plenty of fluids, increase your fruits and veges, high fiber diet, prunes , prune juices , Dulcolax and the like and go see your doctor before you become impacted and obstructed.You also want to be sure you are free of colon cancer.
