If persists, see dr.: Not entirely clear what's going on. I would suggest a neurological work-up (first with a primary care physician and, if that does not do it, then a more comprehensive work-up with a neurologist). In the meantime, you might want to try magnesium supplementation to calm your nervous system. Remember also exercise, diet, and sleep. If you're otherwise healthy, i would not be too worried.
