I always experience sneezing any time of the day. and i always take diphenhydramine for that. is it safe? it seens to be effective

Can be: Diphenhydramine is safe & effective when used for allergies & has been around for decades. In some it produces drowsiness, which can be dangerous in some settings.It is also relatively short acting, so longer acting meds are preferred by some. The non-sedating antihistamines, loritadine (claritin) &fexofenadine (allegra) last all day & may be a good alternative.
