Started generic wellebutrin xl, 150 mg. 3 days ago. feel weird since i started it.. brain fog, out of it. is this normal when first starting?

Wellbutrin (bupropion) XL 150?: All medication can cause side effect, therefore we start low and go slaw, may be u should start at 100 mg first for one week and if tolerated u can raise it to 150 mg and after two weeks u can raise it to 300 mg if needed.
