Paranychia: Sounds like a parody chia.. Soak it in warm water with salt and express the pus. Then see your doctor.

See a doctor!: Sounds like you have an infection which needs treatment right away. An urgent care clinic or er can see you on a weekend or after hours to get this taken care of quickly. Depending on the details, you may need medication and/or there may be an an abscess which needs to be lanced. If you can't go right away, use a warm compress (or soak in hot water) and over-the-counter pain relievers until seen.
