Work up: Erectile dysfunction in a 30 year old healthy male can occur for many reasons. Physical, chemical, psychological. Formal work up is recommended by your primary care physician or a urologist. Surgical closure of varicose veins of the spermatic cord, varicocle, should not have any effect or cause for erectile dysfunction.
