Likely dry eye: Computer work leads to a lesser blink rate and thus dry eyes. Keep some otc artifiical tears next to you to use during your work. Consider a room humidifier if the air is especially dry.

Dry eyes: It is very common to get dry eye while using computer or reading for prolonged periods. This is due to a decreased blink rate during these activities. When the eyes get dry, the vision will get blurry as well. Try using frequent artificial tears and take shorts breaks as needed.
