Yes every day : Benefits of taking daily one baby Aspirin is clearly proven , in lowering heart attack, stroke and reduces chance of getting cancer especially colon cancer some one who stops suddeenly may trigger clotting. You may not able to take if you are allergic to it , or bleed form it, and have gastric ( peptic ) ulcer.

What is your goal ?: A low dose (81mg) Aspirin is a common way to reduce platelet stickiness which is an early stage of clot formation. Stopping after one dose doesn't suddenly make you more likely to clot, it just returns you to your baseline. If your physician thinks it would be ok for you, it is a small investment that can pay off without causing some of the problems that other medications have.
