Lupus & Stress: Dealing with a difficult boss can be stressful for anyone, but the result depends on how your body processes "stress." you can strengthen your resilience to stress through exercise, meditation, and psychotherapy. If there is a human resources dept. At work, you can ask them for help w/situation. You can consider & seek out other work opportunities if other attempts to change things do not help.
