No: Raynaud's phenomenon can cause nipple color changes (blue, white or red), especially with exposure to cold. Nursing mothers with raynaud's can get redness of the areola. Pain in the nipples of nursing mothers is sharp, shocking, or throbbing.

No relationship: Raynaud's disease is due to spasm of the muscular lining of the blood vessels due to temperature extremes. I am not aware of any effect on the nipples or other parts of the body other than the extremities such as fingers, hands, toes, and feet.
