Interesting Disease: The easy answer is to avoid temperature extremes. Since the disease is due to a spastic response of the blood vessels to temperature, medications that minimize this can be of help. Ask your doctor about Pletal (cilostazol) which has been shown to be very effective in treating raynauds and other vasospasm-like diseases.
