Conservative: If they is an underlying source then treating that will help with the symptoms.If not then keeping feet and hands warm using socks on the feet and mittens on the hands will help.

Medical treatment: Besides the obvious treatments of protecting your extremities from temperature extremes, there are several medications that have some benefit. Since the disease is the result of spasm of the muscular lining of the arteries, medications directed at reducing the spasm and dilating the arteries by relaxing are of benefit. Ask your doctor about Pletal (cilostazol) and calcium channel blockers as a starting point.
