I don't have money for plastic surgery for my really bad acne scars. what else do i have left to do?

Dermatologist: Acne scarring can be treated by a dermatologist. See your family doctor or internist for a referral to a dermatologist who treats acne scarring.

Dermatology clinic: Plastic/cosmetic surgeries are quite expensive, but you maybe able to find a lower cost option by finding a nearby/regional dermatology residency training/clinic. The residents, are supervised by trained dermatologists, can provide excellent care, often at a lower cost, maybe even free. In the meantime, see doc to get acne treatment to avoid further acne development/trouble. Best of luck to you.
