Is it possible to have implantation bleeding the day of your expected period i have spotted a light pinkish color and nothing more what could it be?

Bleeding common: Bleeding at any point after ovulation and during the first trimester of pregnancy is very non specific and does not really point to any diagnosis. In our patients, 65% had bleeding early in pregnancy with a low miscarriage rate. We encourage patients not to worry about these intermittent bleeds. If pregnant, an ultrasound can help sort out the situation. Good luck.
