Not really: Implantation bleeding occurs a few days after conception (if it occurs at all). If you are bleeding on the day you start your period this is most likely your period. If you are unsure though you can always take a home pregnancy test. There is no reason to stress about it. You can have your answer in minutes.

Yes.: Vaginal bleed can be due to many factors and implantation bleeding is a common cause. Is it possible you are pregnant? A pelvis examination and pregnancy test are in order. Implantation bleeding usually occurs between 6 and 12 days after conception. Is often confused with an early menstruation and can confuse the dating of conception.
