My mom (70 & type 2 diabetic) has bruises & red blotches on knees b/c fall but are healing. those marks are reappearing on feet. is that normal?

Bruises on : Knees from a fall, that heal and reappear on feet? Something sounds off, don't play games with diabetics and feet. Go visit a podiatrist get her assessed. Let them check her circulation and give you a diagnosis with regards to her feet. Many diabetics lose their feet due to improper care so get her checked out.

Not normal: She needs to see a doctor for evaluation unless she also hit her foot in the fall.
