Yes: The can be taken together and both are often taken with a meal. In order to achieve a healthy dose of the omega 3, many of my patients will take half their dose in the morning and half their dose later in the evening.

Yes, but....: Why waste your money? Multivitamins and supplements are worthless. If you have a specific lab proven deficiency, then take that specific vitamin. Otherwise, stop being fooled and save your money for a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits, while multivitamins and supplements do not.
